Do not use below the waterline unless protected by an over coating like Silver Tip Laminating Resin, STR General Purpose Epoxy, Clear Coat, etc. Use Quick Cure for installing bungs, repairing missed staple holes prior to fiber glassing, ''tack welding'' wood, and for those other glue jobs that require a fast cure. Mix at a 1:1 by volume ratio.
