Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions.
This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. Having earned her BFA at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California, she has continued to study and explore her art, with additional study at Otis Parsons, UCLA and The School of Visual Arts in NYC, broadening her skill set in different areas; from traditional drawing and painting to digital techniques.
