The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. Since then he has built a collection of landscape photographs, taken in HDR, providing a greater dynamic range of luminosity than most photographs provide. He became a member of Breizhâscapes, a collective of six landscape photographers in Western France, in November of 2012. He also plans to start creating more architectural images in the future.Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating high quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. He bought his first camera at age 21 to take photographs of Grenoble, the city where he conducted his studies. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.
